Back to losing 1 pound, gaining one pound, back and forth, sticking to my calorie limit and Net Carbs limit. Sometimes I seem to lose when my calories are high, and gain when they are low. Crazy. At least I am still in the 180's now, it only took 8 months to lose 10 pounds. It took a year to lose 25 pounds. I get very jealous of those who can lose that in a couple months. Sometimes getting old sucks!
