Down another 3.8 pounds for a total loss of 17 pounds to date. Been doing my best to stay on track and follow the plan as best I can. Today I feel fat. Losing that weight came as a big surprise.
I am not perfect at this, but I am getting better. I take it a day at a time and do my best to get all my water in each day along with eating the right things.
It hasn't been too difficult for me to this point. Some days I am hungrier than others, but I haven't been starving.
Weighing and measuring have been easier than I remember. The best part is I am seeing results.
