Back to just about the same weight as three weeks ago, 128.4. That's pretty darn depressing with all of the working out I've been doing. Trying to stay motivated! But I can see that my eating is getting worse every bad weigh-in that I have and that's the opposite of what I need to happen. I NEED to keep track with my eating plan for tomorrow. Wish me luck!

What is powdered peanut butter and what do you do with it??? Don't get discouraged and try to stay motivated. We all go through this. I am maintaining when I want to lose, but I feel at some point my body is going to say "this woman is really serious about all of this" and at that point the scale will start going down.

First, the powdered peanut butter. IT IS AWESOME. I think it was first meant for camping or something, but it's from a company called Pb2 and you can order it online (I do) or search their websites for locations of where it's sold. You just mix up 2 tbs of the powder with a tbs of water, and it becomes tasty peanut butter! you can make it thicker or thinner depending on the water you put in it, and it comes in regular or chocolate peanut butter. I'm on Weight Watchers so I mostly reference things by points, but regular peanut butter is like 5-6 points for 2 tbs and powdered peanut butter is only 1 point! It's like 50 calories. I put it on everything. I especially like to make a 3 point pb and j with it, spread it on one of those big flavored quaker rice cakes with some raisins, or mix up some of the chocolate pb flavor and dip a banana in it. It's satisfying. Can't recommend it enough after not being able to have peanut butter ever on a diet. Thanks for the words of encouragement. You're right, I know it would be impossible not to lose something after all of this. I should really be more positive so I can keep going. One good thing, about a month ago I felt like I was going to die after 15 minutes on the elliptical and I had to get off. Now, I plan to do 45 and bump it up to an hour almost every time, going about twice the speed I did before. I should just be happy about feeling better! We both will see the scale get the idea sooner or later :)

I use Parkers all natural peanut butter, it is in the refrigerated organic section of HyVee, I also do WW and Parkers is only 1 1/2 points per tablespoon. They show 2 tbls. servings but I cut that in half. 1 tabls. goes a long way. I especially love to get a tablespoon and lick it off the spoon. For 1 1/2 points it is a decadent treat. I do not have pb very often though because of the fat content. I used to buy Real peanut butter that was also refrigerated but unfortunately that company folded/or took it off the market due to the economy. I guess pb is not on the list of must haves when money is tight. Your powdered pb sounds interesting. Great work on your elliptical, it all come down to our bodies getting used to what we want it to do. Good job.

What are your calorie goals normally, or are you working only with WW points? I would guesstimate that your BMR would be fairly low (close to 1400). I don't know if you normally eat around 1800 calories a day, but it may be too high for you.

No no that was a total unhealthy day for me. The rest of the week has been 1500 or lower and I've been doing at least an hour and a half of exercise every day. It sucks because I know I eat more when I don't see any weight loss because I lose motivation.
