I fasted all day yesterday... I started the night before around 6pm and I fasted until 6am this morning. I thought it would be hard to go all day without eating... I drank water that was it and it was not that bad.. I hear fasting for a day is actually healthy for the body.

Fair 36 hours? That's cool. How about hunger and cravings? I've experienced 48 hour fast, it wasn't hard, but I tend to overeat after long fasting periods. Now trying 72 water fast. Should be a challenge :]
