Everything has seemed so busy these past few days! I jumped on the scale last night and got excited cause it said 135, which at night I'm usually 138 ish. But ya know what I did, I kind of pigged out today, so ha. I did get in a really nice 8.5 mile run, and boy do I feel it. I really hope I can sleep in tomorrow, because that would be fantastic. I'm also hoping to get in another long run Wednesday, so we'll see how it goes!
On another note, I did some coaching as a practice client, and I found it really helpful.
