Hey everyone, glad to be back. Hope this time I achieve my goal. I have a problem with formal diet, I always crash out cz I lack patience. So I'll stick to my crash diets, see where it will lead. Started 24:0 intermittent fasting 3 days ago at 114.9kg and I'm happy with the progress so far.
