wow, I had a very wild weekend.

so on saturday morning I re-dyed my hair red, because the colour ha completely washed out, so this time the hairdresser put A LOT of red colour in and nw it's really dark, but I guess it'll lighten up again.

then I wanted to go to dance course only to find out that they start next week not this week :( so instead I met up with a fiend and went longboarding just to fall of my board and hurting my leg in 3 places and my elbow (super glad I was wearing hand protectors) but yeah otherwise I was fine, but now it hurts whenI walk because my knee scrapes on my trousers and my shoes poke the other wound on my ankle every time I take step :(

On sunday morning I then decided to go jogging anyways because I hadn't had the exercise from dancing, of course I first got lost in the woods and then I overdid it so on monday I then had super bad musclecramps so I could hardly walk + the wounds on my leg. Also I had school until 5 always in rooms in the top of the building, so I had to take a LOT of stairs and I also had a jogging test in sport Q_Q I manages to take part in the test but I was rly bad and got an e, the test is basically that we have to jog in circles for 12 minuts and thn we count how far we've run, after about 10 minutes my muscles finally warmed up and I could jog without limbing but that wasn't enough I guess :(

also my brother just ordered piza but he isn't even home yet ö_Ö anyways so mom paid the pizza and now I ate doughballs and salami pizza x.x yikes the guilt, but I'm trying not to care too much about slipping now, because there rly are more important things in life and I have to concentrate on school :c
(btw I have to go jogging 3 times a week to train for the next test so lets see how that goes)

Thursday I fell twice during my walk and scraped up my knee, but didn't tear up my pants. Weird. Anyway, put neosporin+pain on your knee and a giant bandage. Then it won't rub. It has helped mine some. Unfortunately to get in my husband's truck I had to crawl in on that knee.

when I put a bandage on in just turns yellow >.< it's healing okay now i guess but it's still not anywhere near healed up after 1 week :(
