Sick as a dog the last 3 days! It's been driving me crazy. I have a sore throat, cough, and I've been really achy and exhausted. Somehow I dragged myself to the gym yesterday for 45 minutes because I had been sitting around eating and not exercising and I needed to do something. I really want to try to get close to my goal and shutter to think it could possibly go slower than it already has been because of me being sick and lazy. Anyways, trying to keep going!

Thanks! I just have to make myself do it because I know I won't be happy if I don't see any progress again this week. When I watch TV I try to hold a plank position for 2 commercials! I guess it covers more muscles than crunches? Kills me! I read your profile and you're so inspiring! Keep it up, you're definitely helping me keep on! :)
