Today has been a little bit of a low key day as far as exercise. I have a couple of blisters and I think my left foot needs a bit of a rest. I have been doing lots of housecleaning instead. I'm still on a stall here. I thought with all of the walking I've done there would be a bit more of a loss.
I may get a workout DVD but not sure which one. I was thinking Yoga might be easy to do here at home and the stretching would be great for me.

Ouch!! Walking with blisters really hurts. I do think you are wise to give your feet a bit of a rest. Yoga is a great idea. Stretching is so important to stay limber and it is relaxing as well. The best thing about it is you don't have to wear shoes! I hate to wear shoes. I always feel like I can't breathe properly when my toes aren't free to wiggle!
