Woke at 227.0, up .4 from yesterday. I ate within calorie goal yesterday but a lot of bulk and I ate late in the evening. Got to 226.5 before lunch and I made another huge salad with tuna. UPDATE: Lots of good water movement during the afternoon got me down to 225.8 before dinner.
