Today is the day of the Annual Corporate 5K down in Lake Eola, Downtown Orlando. I believe they are expecting more than 15,000 folks for this event. I haven't tried running 5K since I hurt my calf about 3 weeks ago. Hopefully, I'll be able to finish the race under 30min without hurting myself further.

I did manage to get in a good Bicep/Back workout this morning so I got that going for me today! ;-)
