Since the lockdown ended and till now I have gained 5 kg, all of this because going to office: commute time, not balanced lunches, lack of time to exercise, strange office snacks.

Going back again to office on Monday, and I really need to work out the lunch options for me, also need to stay away from snacks there (I don’t even like them ffs), and to find time for exercise and fun.

Mission impossible though.

I try and have a meal prep day on a Sunday where I make up meals and sauces that can be frozen and it makes it really easy during the week to knock a yummy lunch together :)

you got this just work out what you like and make that work for snacks. I love cruskits for that reason as you can put anything on them and my weekness is bread then need butter on it all the cals add up. 😉 I also love greek yogurt with peanut butter melted and oat and coconut toasted. gives savoury and crunch. I even do pumpkin soup with cruskits . so many ideas on this group too
