I am so proud of myself, I for the first time ever in my 58 yrs, do not feel deprived or missing out on any particular food! I have stuck with this and am proud to say I am done 31lbs, according to my scale, 27 lbs according to Dr scale lol 😆.
I will make my first goal soon, and willbe able to schedule my other knee replacement! I see my Ortho beginning of April and hope to have lost 20lbs, but realistically, 10 to 15 will be good. Then onto the next goal! all of my bloodwork numbers are down and just waiting on my Rhuematoid Arthritis and Lupus bloodwork. I am proud to be a warrior of not only Lupus, RA but also Weight loss!! Go me!! go all of you too!
