Day 2 of the 30-Day Shred!!
I can barely walk or even sit on the toilet!! LOL!!! But I know it's going to be so worth it. This morning at church my aunt came up to me and asked if I've lost weight. I knew right then and there that I wasn't going to turn back now!!!
I need to eat less carbs. I'm not really on a high pretein/low carb diet per se, but I noticed that all my foods are breads, crackers, pretzels, etc. I think that's why I'm not feeling full. Not enough protein.
So my hubby and I are going grocery shopping tonight. I love how supportive he is!!
