I was using FS to search calories in foods I was eating and losing weight but had not downloaded the app or set up an account. I've gained a lot of weight during the last few years due to more time at home and stress induced eating. I know how to lose weight. My problem seems to be keeping it off. Life can be beautiful but also bring unwelcome surprises. That is when I've used food to cope. It's a nasty habit I'm here to break. It's only been a few weeks but I'm already seeing healthy changes. Exercise is something I'm doing every day now unless I'm not feeling well. Tracking my food and activity keeps me accountable. I like the support here and I like supporting others as they work toward their goals. I'm so inspired by you as I read your profiles and see your progress. I'd be lying if I told you I'm more interested in getting healthier than a number on the scale. I'm invested in both. I did make my goal a little higher than my dream weight. I hope to get there but I also know that who I am is not wrapped up in what I weigh. My best effort is enough. I wish you the best in reaching your goals and plan to support you all the way!
