Well, I am gonna take the plunge. I am going to move up to OWL. I have gotten rid of those few pesky pounds that were making me crazy and I'm ready to move on. I wish the weather would lighten up here a bit though so I can start walking again. Is that too much to ask? I mean, it is April after all.
I'll start with adding a few nuts to my diet and see how that works out. This is uncharted territory for me but I guess I can't stay in Induction forever. Cutting that darn umbilical cord: effective immediately.
I'm not sure how to put OWL down for my diet....Maybe I'll have to ask on the forum. Or maybe it doesn't make any difference. Not sure.
