I think I've been doing fairly well this time so far. I've lost 21 lbs. since Sept. 1st. Eating & some exercises, no problem. But I've always loved walking, now one thing after another interferes with it. First my knee, but that seems about gone. Walked a couple miles on wooden pier yesterday. Today the bones in the top of my foot, from my toes to my leg, feel like they are going to break with each step. Tried different shoes, no help. Well, back to the stationary bike.
