Hi merry Mel thankyou for your message, all I'm literally doing is walking and calorie counting I weigh out all my food. Its so good because I can eat everything I normally would just in smaller portions x

Cheers Beckyb, you are right I need yo buy some weighing food scales that are bluetooth so they can be used with my weighing scales and phone etc. I know my position are too big eg 30g granola, 30g of greek yoghurt a small amount of honey and a cup of tea. Is what it should be. More like 60g of granola and yoghurt plus, a touch of honey and the only true reading my cup of tea. 🤣😅😂. Stillni will by scales soon. Thanks for the in put.
