It's been tough, was I'll for 2 weeks and couldnt work out. I'm back on the wagon and did my first gym boot camp which kicked my butt. Doing more HIIT workouts and enjoying it. I definately need to get some more sleep at night or take a nap during the day but its so hard-not enough hours in the day. Yesterday I had a huge slice of carrot cake and I feel guilty about that, hope it doesn't show on the scale when I weigh in. Breakfast was good, i never have such a big breakfast and I usually skip it altogether but i need to start changing that. Push through!!! stay focused. It's a marathon and not a sprint!! remember that. A loss is a loss. love YOURSELF😍
