So I am not sure how I am gonna keep up the stamina to do my work out I need tonight I am trying so hard to stay on track but I am just feeling weaker and weaker again ... I passed out today at work and had to lay down for half of my lunch break. I called the Dr and complained about the added blood loss the amount of dizziness and pain and she just said to keep taking my iron and to take some ibuprofen and if I need stay in bed. I can't stay in bed I have to work blah.

I was feeling better after the blood transfusion I had a couple weeks ago but now I am falling back into the same spot. I am frustrated because the dr's keep telling me the weight-loss will help with the endometrosis but if I am too weak to stand up how the hell am I supposed to keep up with the work outs.

You have to take care of your health first. Get the iron problem under control before you take on working out and then start slowly and build up.

If you don't feel like working out, just don't! Just existing, with your current weight, your body burns more than 3000 Kcals/day (just check it in the activities page). That means that you can loose weight just staying under 2000 KCals on average. And that's not even dieting! Just controlling the heavier foods... Don't give up! I know you can do it! Your only enemy is yourself. Just 2 hints: Don't try to loose to much to fast. Eating well is not a phase, is a life time enjoyable task.
