I think that the sugar free jello triggers me to want sweets. The past two times I've had it, I've almost gone postal wanting to follow it up with a Cadbury egg. I haven't succumbed to that craving but its was there. I had to distract myself with a liter of lemon water. Eventually, I just forgot but I'm not sure I'll always have that much self-control.
So far, I beleive jello has been my only trigger food. I might just avoid it for a while and see what happens.
I've added nuts to my first step of OWL. That seems to be going ok.I didn't get my 25 net carbs in yesterday but that was in error in calculation on my part. I took supper to work and thought I had enough. Apparently not. I was at 22.4 I believe.I could have eaten something when I got home to make up for it but it was after midnight and I think that might be a little bit detrimental to eat at that hour.
Loving my MIMs for breakfast. Those have become a staple.it sure does fill the bread void for me.
On to the weekend! Hope the Easter Supper at my SILs isn't just a big carb fest. I'll be able to control myself at this point. After almost 2 months, I sure don't have the binge urges like I did. What a blessing. Honestly, I never thought I would be on a diet where I felt full and had very minimal cravings. Thank you Dr. Atkins! You were an angel!
