Body system is designed to allow you to do more physical movement ,and as in my IT job style I've to stuck to the computer 8 hours a day staring at the network resources and analysis Data and it doesn't allow me to do any physical actions except for " clicking mouse , Eyelid movement " and it was a challenge to determine what to do to make the balance, first i was not so sure of starting workouts and as usually we don't have a time for this nonesense :) , and after started walking i found my body behavior changed to be better then i loved to be more active so i started to walk from and to work daily instead of taking the car , and in the weekends i followed some walking challenge like how much will take to walk 10 KMs and i started to beat my self to break my records , i found it as very motivating thing :) , after that i found my body taking me to the next level by running instead of walking and so one . so don't lower you expectation about what your body can do . start using your system to do what it designed for :).
