It's been almost a month since my last weigh in and I'm still at 162. I don't understand. i've been eating really really well and exercising 4-5 days a week. I'm pretty disappointed. I've decided to switch my diet up to Fat Flush Plan. And I am no longer going to texas next month so I am switching my goal to loose 25 lbs by my birthday (august 23rd). Almost 3 months I have, I think it's very duable if I switch to Fat Flush.

Maybe you have been eating more than you think and the exercise just balanced out what you have been eating. Studies show we underestimate our caloric intake by 30% or more. On the positive note, staying the same for a month shows you can maintain your weight, which is a very difficult thing to do.

You're right I'm sure I did underestimate and I should be happy that I can maintain my weight after a month, thanks!
