Today is the day I started working out 1 year ago. I have achieved so many things during this time. I am not gonna say I have my dream figure but i am way more confident in myself. The biggest change happened on my waist , my waist was 35 - 36 inches and now it's 26 inches 😳. My weight dropped from 89 to 68 kgs. I used to think it's impossible. Few days ago a person who said to me stop eating you are getting fat , said don't lose weight anymore your collarbones are showing. Like seriously these people are too much 😂. So don't stop from achieving your goal and don't think about others thinking because they will give cheap advices to you no matter what. 😊😊

@Biswasha You are going through a weightloss plateau. I have gone through this too for soo many times. Your body needs some change. If its been a long time your doing the same diet and exercise then your body stops giving you results. You have to change your whole workout routine and diet. First stop exercising for a week and eat whatever you want , don't follow any diet. And then from the next week do completely different excercises you used to do before and change your diet. ex. if you used to do cardio then do aerobics or HIIT or you can do each in alternative days. scientifical explanation....actually its all about our memories....when we see something...our brain is matching the image with the stored info of our brain...thats why we see many things in the cloud too..so my image stored inside the brain of them is different from what now i am...hence they prefer the 1st one...who see me regularly...never have that complaint as their stored info. was keep changing with my ext appearance....

when i was 90 kg ... people bullied me...now i am 68....who have seen me after 1 yr...some of them said " areee vaai kitna sukh gaya hai ...kitna weak lag rha hai....aur kuchh log...sukha hua bandar lag raha hai...tu pahele hi jyada a66a dikhta tha etc etc...." ....tab mujhe wo gana yaad aya..."kuchh to log kahenge..logoka kaam hai kahena"...it doesn't matter how much great work you hv done your life...there are always some people who always say wrong about you...aree Sri Krishna taak ko kuchh log bura vala bolte hai...hum to phirbhi insaan hi hai...just see yourself in the mirror..if you like that ext. appearance... forget about the others' statements

@medjoy you are absolutely right ! my family members who see me regularly say nothing about my appearance but those who see me after a long time they just make a shocked face and ask how. My friends used to say i am an elephant, a hippo , moti etc etc. But now they say rugni , sutki , stick and many more 🙄 I just ignore them.
