I am going to log all my food again.. they say weight loss is 80% food and 20% exercise... here in fatsecret it says I can eat 2100 calories a day and lose a 1 lb a week.. I have not found that to be true, anyone else? I will do the 1200 calorie intake and 30 minutes of exercise a day... swim, bike ride... I look forward to sharing the results...
