Noticing a lack of spikes and crashes while minimizing caffeine, sugar and wheat. Keep a log with observations (no judging, just observing).

I usually limit my caffeine to twice a week, but yesterday! I had to kill 3 hours at McDonald's after lunch and whilst I crocheted I had way too much diet coke. Between that and singing soprano I was really high when my husband picked me up. A couple f bottles and some chicken and a potato and I was all fixed.

I am off sugar and wheat and only have one cup of coffee a day. Mood and feelings are level and that is saying something for someone who is bi-polar. Could be the meds could be the diet. Either way I am sticking to both.

Wonderful idea you have! I call it expermenting. Can't know how/what to adjust if we arent aware of what we are doing & the results that follow. :) Keep us posted
