I'm trying zigzagging my calories, just making sure I have atleast a 3500 extra calorie burn per week. I really like the Diet Calendar on this app, how it calculates my calorie burn for me. Today I allowed 2200 calories, and I also did zumba for almost an hour. Tomorrow I will allow 1700.
