And I am off restarting again. It has been a long winter and I have not been very good. So, with an annual physical scheduled in August and having back problems it was time to try again. Logging food, eating breakfast (Attain shake this morning with 1 cup of milk) and exercising (30 minutes today). Starting slow as I am out of shape. Also, too much riding in the car.
