Watched the Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament Final Four on tv last night. NO snacking. Had a late dinner so I wouldn't. The Championship Game to go. I will try the same strategy so I can avoid snacking during the game.

I had spaghetti last night. I think I will have tacos for the next, and Championship, Game.The spaghetti with meat sauce was very filling.

I have not been eating Atkin's like I did last time I lost weight. That was my initial goal. However, I lost a little weight. This time it appears I am doing calorie watching. It is just happening by itself.

So I have an N/A way of eating diet plan, which has just evolved itself.
