I'm not sure how well my scale is working, since until a couple of days ago when I tinkered with it was broken.

It tells me I am losing weight.

I usually wear sweatpants because they fit, and they are comfortable. They are not loose right now, for sure. I am in a men's XXL size. When they get loose, I will know for a fact that my weight is getting better.

I would assume that I would have some quick weight loss; followed by a slower weight loss. But I don't know for sure. It is just a guess.

NCAA Championship Men's Basketball game tonight, and I look forward to it. (I most likely weigh more than those fit basketball players.)

I will have something healthy to eat about that time.

I will choose between a thin-cut pork chop, or tuna salad. And whatever veggie inspires me.
