Looked on reliable sources for some protein foods. (No chicken or shrimp allowed because of allergies.) Sausage, scrambled eggs, small thin ribeye, tuna in sunflower oil, 5% fat plain Greek yogurt, small amount of cottage cheese, mozz cheese, macademia nuts, hulled sunflower seeds, cashews, 1/2 cup whole milk, pintos, turkey, pork chop, and ground beef or hamburger patty, chef salad with meats. That should get me started on protein foods. It will do for now.
