I have breakfast down (pretty much). It's the rest of my day that falls apart and has me looking the way I do. I'll get there I suppose. It's a process?

Welcome. Yes, It is a process. I manage pretty well most of the day, but after dinner and before bedtime is a challenge. I try to plug in my calories for all the meals of the day, in the morning. ( on those days I pre plan my meals and snacks) that helps to keep me on track.... but sometimes I jump the rails. We all do. blessings to you on your health journey.

Yes! Now a good question to ask is, WHAT IS IT holding you back for the rest of the day? What keeps you from meeting your daily/weekly/monthly goals? What are the EASIEST solutions to address your present hurdles? Once you have some hurdles identified with easy solutions, maybe just tackle one at a time.
