Relay Foods delivery arrived within the promised window. I spent as much as I would have at Kroger, but there's no way I could have hauled all that weight home on the bike. Organic, local plus no buffet meal to tempt me.

They are strictly mid Atlantic states from what I saw. It takes a long time for natural foods or any thing different to get to Missouri. Kansas city area finally has an Ikea, opened a few months ago.

Haven't seen that but it does happen. My weekday routine is fairly consistent, gone all day. So deliveries always are worrisome.

UPS stopped dropping off packages when people weren't home because a woman was following trucks and stealing packages off porches. Then there was a rash of it. But it seems to have calmed down in Louisville.

UPS has been good about leaving packages in the stairwell or up the stairs, but the last two were left on the porch. Years ago, someone stole a thousand dollars in packages from the porch next door. The driver had to eat it.
