This just confirms that taking time off from the bike sucks for me I really need that kind of burn for my lbs to come off...hopefully I can get back to that workout soon

Just wanted to say good job keeping your focus. (Wedding weekends and life happens!) The fact that you are staying focused on what you need to do (like ride the bike to burn calories) is phenomenal! That is success thinking!!! I know you'll get right back to your workouts! Keep up the good work!!!
