I've been slacking on keeping up on here. I've kept my running up (hit 100+ miles last month) but I haven't been eating properly for sure. I haven't been sleeping well the past few weeks which makes me feel hungry so much more hungry. No matter how much water I drink or food I eat like a half an hour later I feel like I need more food!
I did another half yesterday with a friend, the course was .5 miles short!! But it was a super small race so yours truly got 2nd in her age group 😂 The course was harder than the one I did in Feb though (or I'm not training right), it was all hills. 😵😵
I have another half next month, my goal would be to get under 2 hours but it depends on how hilly the course is. Gotta keep running!
