I've felt off kilter for the last couple of days and have not followed the plan 100%. I am, however, determined to stay with one program and not flip about like I have in the past. (I keep 38 weeks before me.) Even so I still dropped weight this week which speaks to the effectiveness of the program. On any other program I would have regained some of the weight I had dropped the previously week. I want to break into the 270's for next week so I will follow the plan more closely and increase my exercise.

I am finally getting around to cleaning out my refrigerator of all non-induction foods. It's incredible how much food I waste buying prepared speciality items, some of which I like and others not so much as they're either too sweet or salty. My taste buds are wanting "fresh" so I am stocking up on salad greens, making my own salad dressings, as well as cooking my own meats.

Challenges this week - food tracking and daily journalling.

Glad to hear you're not giving up! I had a horrible week myself, but the only defeat would be in NOT getting right back on the horse! I'm trying to eat fresh everything myself and stay away from bars/shakes. MUCH healthier! YAY on the weight loss! Good luck with your challenges!
