So, after a disastrous day yesterday, I have changed tack to see if I can make any kind of difference to my weight loss. I had an accident, and my back is gone sideways, so we had a chinese- not very nice and not much good for my waistline, so I am trying the old fashioned counting caloties way for a while...SW seems to really stop being beneficial if you have a bad day...I hope that I can lose a few pounds this way...Just not sure what is going sideways- I didn't think that one bad day would cause such havoc...we shall see...
