Portion control, for me, helped me to lose weight. I’ve always been a big eater but now I’m 54 and I just don’t need the same amount of calories as when I was younger.
Plus I gave up simple carbohydrates.

Have you thought of trying cutting a zucchini using a veggettie spiralizer and using that instead of regular pasta? It’s really pretty good!

Sub in zucchini or spaghetti squash noodles for regular pasta. They are both equally such yummy replacements. You can buy pre-made or get a veggie spiraler.

First day again- there are many plant based pastas out there- is there a reason why you don’t try them? I have been vegan for years and eat pasta 3times a week. Just curious.
