A few years ago, in 2011, I started doing CrossFit style workouts at home and eating Paleo. I did a 30-day challenge and lost 15lbs! After the challenge, I found that I could eat more and not gain weight, so I stopped tracking my food and workouts. I slowly began to gain weight again, and found it was really difficult to stick with a healthy nutrition plan, even though it was so easy before. I have steadily gained weight since that time and am currently at the highest weight I've ever been.

I joined a CrossFit gym and have been working out 2-3 times a week for the past two years. I am finally in a job now where I can work out consistently and we are even getting gear in our garage for a home gym. The workouts are fun and I am really enjoying them, but nutrition-wise, I continue to struggle. My boyfriend recently did a Paleo challenge and lost about 15 pounds and seems to be mostly keeping it off. He is such an inspiration to me because he gets something in his mind and he can just do it. It is a lot harder for me...

I need accountability and that is what I am hoping to find here. I will try to log my food and fitness daily, as well as my weigh-ins weekly. One of my biggest accomplishments was giving up fast food: I do not eat any fast food and haven't for almost 2 years! My biggest vice is coffee with cream and sugar :(
