I am so glad to have the day off today. I still have a lot of things I need to get done here at home but it won't be as exhausting as sitting through lectures. What is it about sitting for 8 hours that tires me out so completely?
I'm feeling like I am making forward progress again with the weight loss. I may be premature here but I think **fingers crossed** I am over my stall. I know it isn'tgood to lose a lot of weight quickly but if I can just make slow and steady progress then I feel more encouraged.
I really should just get busy around here. The urge to be a slacker today is almost overwhelming! If only I had a maid.
On another note, can I just say how inappropriate I think it is to air your dirty laundry on FaceBook? This isn't aimed at anyone here (which is why I am venting here!) but I feel that it is almost like a high school or grade school mentality to do that. Am I wrong? To post hateful things about someone online really just shows a lack of class in my opinion. Especially when you mention them by name. I don't want to read that about anyone, let alone people I know. I want to hear the positive things in people's lives. Or their struggles. Not how they are fighting with their significant others and the string of names they call them. Deal with that between the two of you. No one else needs to hear it.
Well, thanks for letting me rant. I know only a few people on here will read my journal but your opinion on this topic is something I would like to hear.
