My workout this morning has been exhausting. It's been a while since I last done a workout. I ended up using my aerobic stepper. That thing has been collecting dust for a long time. I found some beginner videos to use on YouTube. I hope that sticking to this workout I maybe able to lose some weight with it. I've never stuck with an aerobic stepper before.
