I'm having one of those days - want something sweet, but also knowing that doesn't really fit into the big picture of watching what I eat right now. Will look forward to the banana vanilla protein smoothie shake around 3:30pm. Oh look....there is 33.8 fl oz of water that have my name written on it. LOL.

P.S. Sleepy too. Which doesn't help. May have a spot of coffee (16 fl oz) later. Hmmmmmm....AFTER the 33.8 fl oz and AFTER the banana protein smoothie....maybe it will be 5:30pm by then and I can call it a day!
