So this job loss thing isn't making me eat like a camel, but I do need to move my butt. Ways to motivate yourself to move when you feel like dog poo? Not just regular don't want to work out feelings, but sad, depressing, what am I going to do next in my career feelings...

As someone that's been unemployed for two major periods of time in the past 2 years, I just want to tell you that it does get better. When you look back on the rough patch in a few months, it will seem like it was longer than it really was. As for the depression, I highly recommend grabbing a local friend to work out with, even if that means you have to go in search of a new one. When you're depressed from a lack of employment, you tend to shy away from other people due to feelings of inadequacy and embarrassment. Don't get sucked into that though. Personal contact is the best motivation right now.
