This morning I had a visit from the WHOOSH Fairy. She took 1.5# from me! I am thrilled. I was afraid I would remain the same weight for a few more days. I didn't eat supper last night and wasn't sure where that would get me. I actually cut my finger last night. Long story...At any rate, after I got the bleeding stopped and glued it back together I was nauseous and couldn't eat. Very unusual for me. Guess when its your own blood, its different! It was painful, too, so that may have been part of my problem. Needless to say, I had a few tomatoes for supper and that was all I could manage.

Yesterday after the rain, I went out for a 2.5 mile walk with the dogs. I could see all of the wild strawberries blooming and lots of wild rasberry bushes on the edge of the trail. There were all sorts of flowering trees and the bees were hard at work. There was a lot of humidity but only about 70 degrees so it was really pleasant. The dogs kept diving into the weeds looking for rabbits. Tongues were hanging out and big old puppy smiles on their faces. It was the best part of my day.

This whoosh is very timely. Its given me more inspiration. I am ready to face the day. Thank you God for this little gift this morning.
