Trying this app out - i realized that i've been over consuming calories/food and thought it would help to start tracking! This is lunch today: basmati rice with a persian stew (gormeh sabzi) made by my daughter (love not cooking!!). :)

@jakekells it's spinach, leeks, green onions, parsley, cilantro, red kidney beans, beef, dried lemons, turmeric, fenugreek and we eat it over basmati rice. It's super easy to make after you chop everything up 😂 lemon juice works well if you can't find dried lemon. Just committing to tracking has given me a lot of progress. The other changes happen almost automatically when you track everything.
