Just came back from negril.....had a good time....at burger king sat nite tho....oh well plan to work it off back at the gym....
i worked hard last week n i only lost half of a pound...better than nothing, so im not that disappointed.,..now its just to really work hard these 2 weeks for my vacation in miami...got to hit that beach:)
