Two gym visits yesterday, 5 AM and 1 PM.
Afternoon was elevation climb work followed by one hour a nunchuka racquetball.
Up to about 90 MPH with the ball and still using a set of sticks for each hand.
Nerve entrapment is continuing to heal quite nicely. Been a long road from October 2014 to now, but it was worth doing the PT to get to this point. I hope to be back to 125 MPH by end of February.
