I'm super excited this morning, I'm finally down over 20 lbs, it's been the best eating change I have ever done in my life. I don't consider my keto eating a diet I consider it a better way of eating, I cry this morning happy tears I'm feeling better, looking better and overall I have more energy than I've had in years. I've had some lows, I've had some highs over the past few years and I had finally decided to take care of me!!! YAY ME
