Greetings - I haven't been good at writing down what I've put in my mouth, but we've been doing pretty well with the exercises -- including making up for what we missed last week. Left wrist is aching a bit, so I wrapped it. Today was Back/Biceps and ARX, tomorrow will be our regular schedule - Chest, Triceps and Shoulders and ARX. Yeah, that should be a blast!

Eating has not been good. Kind of good, then I'd have bouts like yesterday when I could have heated up just one cookie, but instead, heated up 6 and ate all 6 (150 calories each). So there' that.

This morning, I needed something more substantial and doing a protein shake for both breakfast and lunch. Fortunately my husband has been a good influence on me buying healthier food options for us both. So proud of him!


Praise report -- he's already lost some inches on his chest. :) Still not showing on the scales yet....should be soon!
