Okay, in reading over my entries for the week, I am "shocked and amazed" (no, not really) to see a trend has developed in that I have alcohol each and every evening. That's no mystery, my job is stressful, and that's a way to wind down, transition from work to home, yada yada yada and all that jazz......
NOT HAVING IT! NOPE! While I do count my points, those are kinda like wasted points at this point. So....I am making it a point starting next week (LOL-Only because Sunday starts a new week, right??) Yeah, no, not really. Starting now, I'm cutting out alcohol (at least at home, restaurants are not negotiable). And at least temporarily to see if that has a bearing on the numbers going down.
